About- The National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli has distinguished itself on the national scene this year by being ranked first among all NITs and tenth among all the Technical Institutes in the country by the National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) of the Government of India. Established as the Regional Engineering College (REC) in 1964, the salubrious campus became NIT, Tiruchirappalli, in 2004 and is an autonomous institution under MHRD, Government of India. Department wise vacancy (Tentative) : Assistant Professor Grade II
Location- National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli
Eligibility/Qualification–
- B.Tech (Chemical Engg, Biotechnology and allied specialisations with M.Tech in any specialization of Nanotechnology) & B.Sc/M.Sc-Chemistry/Applied chemistry).
- Doctoral candidates in the relevant discipline without GATE/NET are also preferred.
- Prior experience in sensor development using nanomaterials will be preferred.
