Research/Job Area- Theoretical/computation physics

Eligibility/Qualification–
Essential Oualification: Ph.D. in theoretical/computation physics or in areas related to the anticipated research, which at least one publication in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal.
Desirable Oualification: The areas of anticipated research include yielding in amorphous solids, memory formation and adaptable matter, self-assembly, and modelling biological matter, and will involve theoretical and computational investigations. Suitable candidates are expected to have interests broadly in statistical mechanics, soft matter, and condensed matter physics. Experience in glass physics, stochastic processes, electricity, and closely related fields is desirable. Job/Position Description–
Applications are invited for temporary position of Research Associate Ill to work under the guidance of Prof. Srikanth Sastry Theoretical Sciences Unit, JNCASR, Jakkur, Bengaluru.
Research Associate Ill (Remuneration Rs.58,000/-, Rs.61,000/- and Rs.67,000/- plus 30% HRA). Remuneration will be fixed based on experience.
