Research/Job Area- Botany/Life Sciences/ Environmental Sciences
Location- Jawaharlal Nehru University, School of Life Science, New Delhi, India
Eligibility/Qualification–
Essential qualifications: Ph.D. in Botany/Life Sciences/ Environmental Sciences with practical knowledge of plant ecology.
Desirable qualifications: Field experience in Himalayan Forest ecosystems and willing to visit forest sites in Central Himalaya regularly during the project tenure.

Research Project: “Role of Himalayan alder (Alnus nepalensis D.Don) in the recovery of degraded ecosystems in the central Himalaya”.
Emoluments: @Rs. 47000+ HRA
