Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, India invites applications for Research Positions at IISc from eligible and interested candidates

About- Candidates for Scientist D (two positions) and Senior Postdoc/ Research Associate (one position) must have at least three years experience in the field of experimental quantum optics, optical quantum information processing / optoelectronics, experimental condensed matter physics/ microwave engineering or physics/ micro and nano fabrication, and experimental optics/quantum optics/optical quantum information processing / optoelectronics. Location- Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, India

1. Scientist D (two positions)

Eligibility: Ph.D with at least three year experience in the field of experimental quantum optics / optical quantum information processing / optoelectronics.

Remuneration: 1st Year : Rs. 96720.00/month (consolidated, including HRA). With set increment, tenure is extendable upto 5 years.

2. Senior Postdoc/ Research Associate (One position)

Eligibility: Ph.D with at least three year experience (can be relaxed ) in the field of experimental optics / quantum optics / optical quantum information processing / optoelectronics

Remuneration: Rs. 100000.00/month (consolidated, including HRA). Tenure is extendable upto 3 years

3. Senior Postdoc/ Research Associate (One position)

Eligibility: Ph.D with at least three year experience (can be relaxed in the case of exceptional cases) in the field of experimental condensed matter physics/ microwave engineering or physics/ micro and nano fabrication

Remuneration: Rs. 100000.00/month (consolidated, including HRA). Tenure is extendable upto 3 years

4. Postdoc (two positions)

Eligibility: Ph.D in the field of experimental optics/ quantum optics / optical quantum information processing / optoelectronics

Remuneration: 1st Year : Rs. 58280.00/month (consolidated, including HRA). With set increment, tenure is extendable upto 3 year
