Eligibility/Qualification–
Minimum Qualification: PhD in Biomedical Engineering or allied subjects + minimum 3 years of relevant experience or M. Tech in Biomedical Engineering + minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning efforts, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Provide leadership and direction to teams
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and milestones.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
Job/Position Description-
Applications are invited for the post of “Senior Program Manager” in the SIB-SHInE project at IIT Kanpur. This post is purely temporary and contractual basis.
Designation: Senior Program Manager
Number of positions: One
Duration: Initially for one year and extendable on the basis of performance.
Salary: In the range Rs. 38800-3200-96400 per month (Consolidated).
