Postdoctoral Position in Inclusive Artificial Intelligence for Accessible Medical Imaging Across Resource-Limited Settings – AIMIX

Designation: Postdoctoral Researcher

Research Area: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Medical Imaging

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD or equivalent in computer science, data science, mathematics, biomedical informatics, or related fields.
  • Expertise in machine/deep learning, medical image analysis, multi-source data integration, and federated learning.
  • Proficient programming skills in Python and/or C++, MATLAB.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for applying artificial intelligence to biomedicine.

Job Description: Contribute to the AIMIX project by developing AI solutions for inclusive medical imaging in resource-limited settings. Collaborate with international partners, lead project deliverables, and represent the lab at meetings and events. Conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning algorithms, biomedical informatics, and digital health. Support the career development of PhD students and contribute to the scientific life of the lab.
