Eligibility/Qualification–
Essential Qualifications & Experience
The candidates should have:
- A PhD with at-least 3 years of post-qualification experience OR
- 1st class or equivalent in MTech/ME with at-least 5 years of post-qualification experience OR
- 1st class or equivalent in MSc/MBA/BTech/BE with at-least 8 years of post-qualification experience OR
Professional Bachelor’s Degree with at-least 12 years of post-qualification experience Candidates should have a consistently good academic record (class 10 onwards).
Candidates selected for the post would manage a team, create educational products/activities/videos for all school levels, and conduct teacher training and student workshops. Candidates who don’t meet the above qualifications need not apply. The committee shall consider to relax the maximum age/qualification/experience depending on the exceptional skills and experience possessed by the candidate.
Desirable
The candidate having experience in designing, documentation, conducting workshops, participation in national/international conferences, internship under STEM labs, knowledge regarding STEM projects, soft skills like communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities will be given preference.They should have good communication and facilitation skills in English and Hindi to conduct teacher workshops and design workshop modules. Candidates should have demonstrable experience and interest in biology exploration/documentation/outreach programs, video documentation of content modules for workshops and hands-on modules on learning life science fundamentals
