Eligibility/Qualification–
PhD degree in chemistry.
The candidate must have experience of Organic synthesis on conducting polymer and small-molecule synthesis, and analysis.
Job Profile:
Design and synthesis of conducting polymers, self-assembled monolayers, and small-molecule functional materials for the interfacial modification, hole-transport-layer engineering, and surface passivation of perovskite solar cells. The work aims to optimize these molecular and polymeric interfaces to improve charge transport, suppress interfacial defects, enhance device stability, and ultimately improve the performance of perovskite solar cells.
