Job Description:
- Develop a new framework for cryo-EM analysis using machine learning and high-performance kernels
- Integrate cryo-EM analysis tools into the framework and explore their applications in macromolecular biology
- Engage in national and international collaborations for software development and biological research
- Mentor doctoral students and actively participate in research collaborations
- Utilize statistical, data science, and machine learning approaches in structural biology research
- Contribute to the development and implementation of open tools for the scientific community
