Research Area
The primary focus of the project is to elucidate sensory perception and signal transduction in cryptochrome-dependent animal magnetoreception through molecular dynamics and spin dynamics simulations.

Eligibility/Qualification
- A talented and motivated computational biophysicist/chemist.
- Experience in conducting molecular dynamic and spin dynamic simulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently as part of a multidisciplinary research team.
- A background that includes knowledge of in silico approaches to guide and interpret in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo assays, especially with fly and mouse models.
Job Description
