Research Area
Focus on liquid biopsy components, specifically extracellular vesicles (EVs), analyzing their biomolecular cargoes, including mRNA content, surface protein markers, and protease activity.
Eligibility/Qualification
Basic Qualifications
- Ph.D. or a minimum of 3 years of research experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong publication record in bioanalytical chemistry, bioconjugation, or molecular diagnostics.
- Interest in EV biology and EV-based molecular diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology methods (e.g., qPCR, ELISA, Western blot).
Preferred Qualifications
- Collaboration experience with clinicians on the management and analysis of clinical samples.
- Experience in developing novel bioassays for clinical diagnoses.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools (e.g., Human Protein Atlas, UniProt).
- Practical experience in cellular assays and RNA-Seq/NGS analysis.
