IOCB Postdoctoral Fellowship: The IOCB Prague is inviting applications for Postdoctoral Fellowship positions in the fields of Chemistry and Biochemistry. This program is designed for highly qualified candidates from reputable institutions both in Czechia and internationally.

Eligibility/Qualification
- Candidates must be no more than seven years beyond the award of their first doctoral degree.
- Extension of this limit is allowed in case of maternity or parental leave (18 months per child).
- A strong research project and original publications in respected journals are essential.
- For Czech applicants, international experience is highly advantageous.
Job Description
The fellowship is awarded for one year with the option to apply for a one-year extension. It includes:
- A gross monthly salary of CZK 60,000.
- Comprehensive health and social insurance contributions.
- Up to CZK 50,000 per year for travel expenses to conferences and workshops.
- Possible temporary accommodation at affordable rates.
Responsibilities:
- Applicants must first contact a prospective supervisor at IOCB to agree on a research project.
- Prepare and submit a project proposal discussed with the supervisor.
- Submit a final report within a month after the fellowship ends.
