Eligibility / Qualification
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Ph.D. in Physiology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong research background with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary research team.
- Experience with statistical analysis and interpretation of experimental data.
- Knowledge of computational biology tools and willingness to learn programming languages such as Python or R.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) culture and differentiation.
- Understanding of structural variation and genome variant mechanisms.

Job Description
The Postdoctoral Associate will:
- Conduct research on structural variants and their biological consequences in human and mammalian genomes.
- Analyze genomic and transcriptomic datasets using computational approaches.
- Perform molecular biology, biochemistry, and cell culture experiments.
- Investigate mechanisms influencing genome variation and transcriptional changes.
