Job Description
The successful candidate will engage in exciting research directions including:
- Mechanisms of Therapy Resistance and Tumor Evolution: Investigating molecular mechanisms driving therapy resistance with a focus on lineage plasticity, epigenetic rewiring, and mutagenesis using CRISPR-based Perturb-seq in 3D organoid models.
- Tumor Microenvironment and Spatial Heterogeneity: Studying tumor-immune interactions, immune evasion, and performing integrative single-cell and spatial transcriptomic profiling of clinical specimens.
- Translational Platforms: Developing and applying AI models tailored for prostate and bladder cancers to predict molecular subtypes and therapeutic responses using patient-derived 3D organoids.
