The group of Machine Learning and Data Science – Embodied Systems for Robotics and Learning at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Institute invites applications for open post doctoral fellowship positions in Clinical Machine Learning and Data Science.
About- The Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Institute is an internationally recognized research department, which has maintained a leading position in robotics for more than two decades.
The department is the origin of robotics research in Denmark, and has spawned a cluster of robotics in Southern Denmark with more than 100 robotics companies, including Universal Robots (UR) and Mobile Industrial Robots (MIR). Building on our expertise in robotics and software, we have raised strong research centres in related domains, such as Health Informatics and Energy Informatics, and in recent years also put the department in the lead of drone research.
Research/Job area– Biomedical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or Physics,Biostatistics, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence
Location- Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Institute, Denmark
Eligibility/Qualification- Applicants are required to have a proven research track record and a PhD degree in one of the following domains:
- Biomedical Engineering
- Applied Mathematics or Physics
- Biostatistics
- Robotics and Artificial Intelligence
The successful candidates are expected to engage in various projects in the domain of clinical machine learning including Bowel diseases, Neurodegenerative diseases, and Diabetes.
Employment as a postdoc requires scientific qualifications at PhD level.
Job/Position Description- The group of Machine Learning and Data Science – Embodied Systems for Robotics and Learning at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Institute invites applications for open post doctoral fellowship positions in Clinical Machine Learning and Data Science.
Research will be predominant in the position. Teaching assignments can be agreed individually. Furthermore, other types of assignments may occur to a limited degree.
The Faculty determines the distribution of the various assignments. The weighting of the different assignments may vary over time.
