Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD in relevant field
  • Experience in molecular biology (desired but not necessary)
  • Experience in FACS (desired but not necessary)
  • Experience in Bioinformatics (desired but not necessary)

Job Description:

  • The project will involve extensive use of molecular biology methods and handling of RNA.
  • It will involve working with tissues from invertebrates, vertebrates, and cell lines.
  • It will involve FACS and NGS sequencing and downstream analyses.
  • The primary goal is to optimize non-commercial methods of single cell sequencing that use standard molecular biology tools and reagents.
