Open Postdoctoral Position in Main Group Chemistry based on Carbone Ligand
The main goal of the Ong Lab is to connect the foundations of chemistry and create innovative reactive structures that fulfill scientific curiosity. As a postdoctoral chemist, you will work in a multidisciplinary environment, exploring the potential of carbone/carbodicarbene in main-group chemistry. Your research will involve ligand design, C-H and C-O bond activation, nano-materials, and organometallic precursors for semiconductors and materials. Additionally, you will contribute to structure determination and analysis. The lab fosters a culture of sharing, community, and collegiality, valuing diverse perspectives.
