Eligibility/Qualification–
- PhD in Microbiology/Biology from a recognized university
- 3 years of work experience in relevant field and
- At least five publications in peer reviewed journal (IF Not less than 3).

Relevant experience: Candidate should have proven work experience in Government or private organization in the field of Microbiology/Virology/Immunology/Biotechnology in biomedical science as evidenced by research publications/patents. The candidate must be conversant with government office procedures/mechanisms. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in handling Implementation of public health programs/multi-centric research activities on infectious diseases preferably viral diseases.
Job/Position Description-
Applications are invited for the post of Consultant (scientific) to be filled up on purely temporary basis initially for a period of one (01) year, at the Division of Epidemiology and Communicable Disease, Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi for PM-ABHIM co-ordinating unit.
