| Essential Qualifications & Experience | The candidate should have: A PhD OR 1st class or equivalent in MTech/ME with at-least 2 years of post-qualification experience OR 1st class or equivalent in MSc/MBA/BTech/BE with at-least 5 years of post-qualification experience OR 1st class or equivalent in other Professional Bachelor’s Degree with at-least 9 years of post-qualification experience Candidates should have a consistently good (>= 1st Division) academic record (class 10 onwards). |
| Desirables | The candidate having experience in designing, documentation, conducting workshops, participation in national/international conferences, internship under STEM labs, knowledge regarding STEM projects, soft skills like communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities will be given preference. They should have good communication and facilitation skills in English and Hindi to conduct teacher workshops and design workshop modules. The committee shall consider relaxing the maximum age/qualification/experience depending on the exceptional skills and experience possessed by the candidate. |
