Mehta, Department of Chemistry, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Eligibility/Qualification-
Essential
- Ph. D in the field of Science OR Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university
- Experience (Seven years after Ph.D and Eight years after M.Tech/ME) in research and development in Industrial or Academic institutions or Science and Technology organizations. Experience in scientific activities and services with proven knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights, STI Policies & Industry Academia networks for R&D.
- Age: Less than 45 years (Age relaxation of 5 Years for SC/ST and Women Candidates)
Desirable: The candidate should have
i. S&T policy knowledge and experience
ii. Experience in Handling projects, preparing detailed documents, reports, etc.
iii. Leadership qualities to Guide a team of Project Scientists and Project Associates
iv. A good research record evidenced by publications (research papers, review articles, book chapters, books etc) in reputed international journals and publication houses.
v. Should be able to make and present reports/data/presentations in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
