About- The Cellular Immunology Group at the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), New Delhi, invites applications for multiple temporary project-based positions. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary research environment focused on advanced immunology and life science research. Appointments are initially for one year and may be extended annually based on performance and project requirements.

Eligibility/Qualification –
MSc and/or PhD in Life Sciences or Chemistry or a related discipline.
Prior experience required:
Individuals with additional ICP-MS data acquisition and analysis capability will be preferred but not mandatory.
Proven expertise in clinical sample preparation for high-resolution LC–MS workflows
Hands-on experience/expertise in processing, analysis, and biological interpretation of untargeted metabolomics and lipidomic datasets using proprietary and freely available software tools such as MetaboAnalyst, MS-DIAL, LipidXplorer, OpenMSand or related platforms.
Job/Position Description –
Project: “CardioWatch-India: Safeguarding Young Hearts Through Early Multi-Biomarker Precision Diagnostics for Myocardial Infarction and Cardiovascular Disease”.
Investigators: Arockiasamy Arulandu, Ranjan Nanda and Anmol Chandele.
Collaborating Institutions: AIIMS-New Delhi, Govt. Rajaji Hospital-Madurai, Velammal Medical College Hospital and Research Institute-Madurai, and Madurai Kamaraj UniversityMadurai.
Project Duration: 2 years. The appointment will initially be for 3–6 months and will be extended based on performance.
Position: Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical)
Emoluments as per ICMR: ₹ 56000 Rs + 30% HRA=₹ 72,800/month
