About- The Cellular Immunology Group at the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), New Delhi, invites applications for multiple temporary project-based positions. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary research environment focused on advanced immunology and life science research. Appointments are initially for one year and may be extended annually based on performance and project requirements.

Eligibility/Qualification –
1. Project Research Scientist II / RA
- Essential Qualification:
- PhD in any field of Life Sciences
- Essential Skills:
- Extensive experience in small animal handling (mice, guinea pigs)
- Dosing techniques (oral gavage, IP, IV, ID, etc.)
- Tissue harvesting
- Strong expertise in Flow Cytometry / FACS sorting
- Desirable:
- Prior experience in a BSL3 environment
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently
- Troubleshooting skills
- Team-oriented approach
2. Project Research Scientist I / SRF
- Essential Qualification:
- MSc in Life Sciences / Physics / Mathematics OR
- M.Tech in a related field
- Mandatory Requirement:
- NET or GATE qualification OR M.Tech degree
- Desirable Skills (any one or more):
- Flow cytometry experience
- Molecular biology & microbiology techniques
- Cloning and expression of genes in bacterial/mammalian systems
- Immunoprecipitation
- Computational biology & bioinformatics
- NGS data analysis, multivariate analysis
- Linux-based system handling
3. Project Technical Support II
- Essential Qualification:
- 12th pass in Science OR
- Diploma (MLT / DMLT / Engineering) OR
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Requirement:
- Experience working in a life science laboratory
