🎓 Eligibility / Qualification
Minimum Qualification:
- Ph.D. (Engineering stream), OR
- M.Tech + 3 years relevant experience, OR
- B.Tech + 5 years relevant experience
- Relevant experience in thin film electronics
Desirable Expertise:
- Thin film deposition techniques (PVD, CVD, ALD, coating)
- Electrical & optical characterization (I-V, C-V, ellipsometry, AFM, SEM, profilometry, microscopy)
- Cleanroom experience (Class 10000 or better)
- Knowledge of electro-optical properties of thin film encapsulation for photovoltaics and OLEDs

- Development of thin film encapsulation for electronic devices
- Support installation & maintenance of CVD/PVD systems
- Process development and experiment design
- SOP development and quality implementation
- Preparation of technical reports and presentations

- Electrochemical characterization (CV, EIS, GCD, GITT, Raman, XPS, FESEM, TEM)
- Industry experience with publications preferred
