Eligibility/Qualification:
- Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in the relevant area of Mathematics or 3 years of research/teaching experience after a Master’s degree in Mathematics with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
- The upper age limit is 35 years, and relaxation as per GOl norms is applicable.
- Candidates having research experience in Complex Analysis or function spaces will be given an advantage.

Duration: The initial duration of the Research Associate position will be for 10 months, which can be extended up to 2 more years based on the candidate’s performance.
Salary: The selected scholar will receive a consolidated fellowship of Rs 47,000/- per month if he/she has a Ph.D. degree. Scholars who have submitted/ defended their Ph.D. thesis can also apply, and if selected, the committee shall decide their fellowship and it can be upgraded to the above said amount, once they receive their Ph.D. degree.

Job Description: The selected candidate will work under the guidance of Dr. Sairam Kaliraj and will be involved in solving fundamental problems in the theory of Harmonic Mappings and function spaces. The candidate will also be responsible for carrying out research work and publishing research papers in SCI journals.
