About the Role

As a Research Analyst in the Analytics Hub, you will bridge the gap between academic research and industry. You will collaborate with consultants and specialists to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. Key focus areas include:

  • Operating model redesign and workforce modeling.
  • Predictive analytics and statistical modeling of operational data.
  • Financial analysis, scenario modeling, and strategy development.
  • Culture diagnostics and survey data analysis.
  • Creation of strategic management dashboards and visualizations.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Education: Recently completed PhD or post-doctoral research in a technical or quantitative discipline (e.g., Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Statistics).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages.
  • Experience: Demonstrated ability to clean, transform, and analyze complex structured/unstructured datasets, and build quantitative models.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, simulation, or forecasting techniques.
  • Data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Interest in the healthcare sector.
