About the Role
As a Research Analyst in the Analytics Hub, you will bridge the gap between academic research and industry. You will collaborate with consultants and specialists to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. Key focus areas include:
- Operating model redesign and workforce modeling.
- Predictive analytics and statistical modeling of operational data.
- Financial analysis, scenario modeling, and strategy development.
- Culture diagnostics and survey data analysis.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Education: Recently completed PhD or post-doctoral research in a technical or quantitative discipline (e.g., Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Statistics).
