Eligibility/Qualification–
| Minimum educational Qualification / | Ph.D. in Chemistry or related areas. Candidates who have submitted their thesis may also apply |
| Preference | Candidates having following expertise will be preferred: Tracking record of accomplishment in the biopharmaceutical industry, with examples of high impact publications from scientific work to date Experience leading a medicinal chemistry team Experience working in matrix teams of scientists to deliver defined objectives. |
| Job Requirements | Incumbent is expected to do the following: • Utilize experience and creativity in synthetic and medicinal chemistry to advance ADC technology • Execute efficient routes for complex ADC payloads and drug linkers •Interpret SAR and prioritize compounds for in vitro and in vivo biology assessment • Contribute to and lead programs by executing lead optimization strategies and driving discovery goals • Prepare patent applications and publish impactful research • Mentor and manage internal teams for high performance and scientific growth • Expand the capabilities of chemistry department by implementing new techniques and molecular design and implement cutting-edge technologies |
