Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship in the Department of CSE

| Type of Position | This position is for a period of 1 year, extension subject to performance. |
| Salary | Consolidated Pay: ₹85,000 per month + HRA (as and if applicable) |
| Eligibility | PhD in relevant areas of the project with research or industrial experience and publication in reputed journals/conferences. Candidates who have submitted the thesis and are waiting for thesis defense are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should have good academic records throughout and good communication skills. Candidates must not have published in predatory journals. |

| Job Description | The position is to work on a research project funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. The high level scope of the research project is on the mobile networks looking at various performance related problems especially on the mobile core network and O-RAN (Open Radio Access Networks) for 5G and 6G. The work will be on the development of solutions and building proof of concept through testbed implementation using open source platforms. Publishing the research results through patents, top tier conferences and journals. |

Candidates should have good academic records throughout and have skills required to build software systems and testbed platforms in the domain of networking |
| Job Description | The position is to work on a research project funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. The candidate has to work with other researchers in the research group and look at some specific research problems. Build and test the solutions in open source projects such as OAI (Open Air Interface), ORAN SC, etc. |
