Research/Job Area- Natural or any branch of Biology/Agricultural Sciences

Location- National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI), Punjab, India

Eligibility/Qualification–

(i) Master’s Degree in Natural or any branch of Biology/Agricultural Sciences / MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent; and

(ii) Four years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services

Doctoral Degree in Science / Engineering /Technology/ Pharma / MD / MS from a recognized University or equivalent

Master’s Degree in Natural or any branch of Biology/Agricultural Sciences/MVSc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or Equivalent

Desirable:

Prior work experience and understanding of plant tissue culture, plant genetic engineering, biochemical and molecular biology techniques

Upper Age Limit: The age limit will be 40 years (Relaxation is admissible in case of SC/ST/OBC/women/physically disabled as per government of India instructions).

Project: Accredited Test Laboratory (ATL) under National Certification System for Tissue Culture Raised Plants (NCS-TCP) at National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI), Mohali (Punjab).”

Emoluments: Senior Project Associate will be hired as per the emoluments’ guidelines and service conditions notified by DST (OM No.SR/S9/Z-05/2019 dated 21.08.2019) (Rs. 42,000/- + HRA per month)
