CSIR-CSCMRI, Bhavnagar invites applications for Senior – PAT Position from eligible and interested candidates

About- Applications are invited from talented and motivated candidates for working in a Seaweed Mission mode project, sanctioned by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi, in WP-6 (work package-6) “Seaweed based formulations/sap for reduced disease susceptibility in important oil yielding crops peanut and sesame” in HCP0024 The details of post is as follows:

Research/Job Area- Botany/Plant Sciences/ Biological Sciences/ Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/ Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology

Location- CSIR-CSCMRI, Bhavnagar

Eligibility/Qualification–

Essential Qualification	:	Ph.D. in Botany/Plant Sciences/ Biological Sciences/ Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/ Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology Desirable: Publications in SCI journals
Desirable	:	The selected candidates will work on Bioinformatics, Transcritomics, Genome analysis physiological, biochemical, molecular biology and biotechnology related project activities in WP-6.

Job/Position Description-

Monthly emoluments (in ₹)

Rs. 42,000/-+ HRA

These positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The engagement of a project staff in different projects either in the CSIR – Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute, Bhavnagar or different Lab / Instt. Of CSIR taken together shall not exceed 6 years in any case. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in CSIR-CSMCRI, Bhavnagar.
