The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) invites applications from Indian nationals for Senior Project Scientist positions under a sponsored research project. The appointments will be purely contractual, offered on a consolidated fellowship and renewable yearly or until the completion of the project, whichever occurs earlier. Eligible candidates with expertise in Signal Processing and Communication are encouraged to attend the walk-in test/interview.

Eligibility/Qualification–
Educational Qualification:
- First Class M.Tech or PhD in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in Signal Processing and Communication.
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of MATLAB and Python is required.
Relaxation:
- 5% relaxation in marks may be granted to SC/ST candidates as per norms.

The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship as per the following scale:

- ₹68,370
- ₹70,420
- ₹72,530
- ₹74,710
- ₹76,950
- ₹79,260 per month
Plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) @ 27%.
Job Description
Selected candidates will be involved in research activities related to the sponsored project, including:
- Conducting research in signal processing and communication systems.
- Developing and implementing algorithms using MATLAB and Python.
- Assisting in project implementation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborating with the project team and supporting research deliverables.
The appointment will be temporary and project-based, renewable annually or until the project duration ends.
