Eligibility/Qualification/Job/Position Description-
Indian Institute of Information Technology, Surat invites application eligible from Indian nationals for purely temporary contractual positions with a consolidated salary. The minimum qualification, in the appropriate branch, is as given in the table below. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications and experience. Reservation as per the government rules from time to time.

| Humanities and Social Sciences (Communication Skills and Personality Development) | Visiting Faculty | A First Class in a BA and MA in English Literature Professional Certifications: Additional diplomas or certifications in soft skills training, corporate coaching, or TEFL/phonetics provide a strong advantage Desirable: Ph.D. awarded candidates in a relevant discipline | 3000/- per lecture (one hour) |
| Computer Science and Engineering. | Assistant Professor | First Class B.Tech/BE, M.Tech/ME, and Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognised University/Institute. | ₹ 75,000/- |
| Teaching Assistant | First Class B.Tech./BE and M.Tech/ME in a relevant discipline with a Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a recognised University/Institute. | ₹ 60,000/- |
