Eligibility/Qualification–

For Engineering Stream

In relevant branch with minimum 1^stclass or equivalent either in BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA (before 2009). Preference will be given to the candidates who have possessed Ph.D./ NET/ SLET.

For Science stream

Master’s Degree in relevant discipline with at least 55% of marks. Preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D/NET/SLET.

Laboratory Teaching Assistant – Experience in the industry with relevant discipline in Bachelor of Engineering.

Job/Position Description-

Candidates possessing eligible qualifications as per AICTE and University norms are called to submit applications for Temporary Full-time Faculty and Laboratory Teaching Assistant for the academic year 2022-23 at Mysore University School of Engineering, Mysuru.

This is a temporary arrangement for the present academic year, 2022-23.

The work carries an honorarium, as detailed below.

1	Temporary Full-time Faculty with Ph.D. for Engineering streams (For 16 hours of teaching per week)	Rs.50,000/- per month
2	Temporary Full-time Faculty without Ph.D./ NET/ SLET (For 16 hours of teaching per week)	Rs.35,000/- per month
3	Laboratory Teaching Assistant	Rs.15,000/- per month

How to Apply-

Candidates should submit the application through online (website www.soeuom.in) in the prescribed format available on University Website. The recruitment process will be through a written examination followed by an interview. The applicants will be shortlisted for an interview based on their performance in the written examination in 1:5 ratios depending on the requirement of the posts. All the Original Certificates of the candidates are to be verified on the interview date.

Separate applications are to be submitted for each subject if the candidate is applying for more than one subject.
