About- Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara (IIIT-V) was established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government Of India, under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) as an Institute of National Importance to develop new knowledge in information technology and to provide manpower of global standards for the information technology industry and to provide for certain other matters connected with such institutions or incidental thereto.
Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) – Surat is an Institute of National Importance established in PPP mode by MHRD, Government of India. Presently, the Institute is operating on the campus of SVNIT, Surat. Soon it will be shifting to its own campus in Surat.
Research/Job Area- Computer Science, Information Technology, Humanities and Social Sciences, Mathematics, Physics and Management Studies
Eligibility-
Candidates should possess a doctorate in a relevant discipline from an Institute of National Importance and/or University or should have a masters degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant industry/research organization.

Job Position/Description-
The Institute invites applications for “Visiting Faculty” positions from motivated candidates with teaching expertise and research experience in all areas of Computer Science, Information Technology, Humanities and Social Sciences, Mathematics, Physics and Management Studies. Visiting faculty positions are available for short and/or long-term visits. The visiting faculty positions are also available for faculty members/industry experts/researchers for online teaching. Institute has a course (credit) based remuneration policy for visiting faculty at various levels considering the experience and qualification of the candidates.
