About- IIIT, Kota is an Institute established under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Model by 50% share of MHRD Gol, 35% share of Rajasthan Government and 15% share of Industrial partners (i.e. Cairn India Ltd., National Engineering Industries Ltd., Vakrangee Software Ltd., and Genpact India) is at present provides UG programs in Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. Eligibility/Qualification–

For Computer Science & Engineering:
- B.E. / B.Tech. (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering and relevant areas
- M.E. / M.Tech. (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering and relevant areas
For Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering:
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering (or equivalent) or B.Sc. / BCA
- M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering (or equivalent) or M.Sc. / MCA with specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Science, Soft Computing, or relevant disciplines

Job/Position Description-

Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kota invites applications from eligible Indian nationals for the post of Teaching Associate (on contract) for 11 months. The walk-in interview will be held on 04.10.2025 at IIIT Kota, in disciplines of Computer Science & Engineering and Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering.

Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering (AI & DE)

Teaching Associates will support academic activities in the cited areas.
The engagement is purely contractual for 11 months.
Remuneration varies based on qualifications:
1. With M.Tech and Full-Time PhD (three years completed): ₹55,000 per month
2. With M.Tech and Part-Time PhD (three years completed and >3 years teaching experience): ₹55,000 per month (consolidated)
3. With M.Tech/MBA/equivalent: ₹45,000 per month (consolidated)
The number of positions: CSE – 3, AI & DE – 2 (may increase as per institute requirement)
