Eligibility/Qualification
- Education: Ph.D. in Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, or a related field by the start date of employment.
- Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in:
- Thin film growth
- Microfabrication
- Device analysis
- Surface/interface physics
- Interest: Candidates should have an interest in wide bandgap semiconductors (SiC, GaN, and diamond) and two-dimensional materials.
