Eligibility & Qualifications
- Degree: Holds a Ph.D. degree or has successfully passed the doctoral dissertation defense (degree pending). Applicants with degrees obtained outside Chinese mainland must provide certification from the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE).
- Age: Generally 35 years old or younger.
- Background: Strong academic background aligned with the research fields of ASIPP and matching specific position requirements.
- Compliance: Willingness to adhere to dual management, complete evaluations, progress reports, and rules of both institutions.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Complete initial postdoctoral onboarding and sign an employment contract with ASIPP, followed by official assignment to the ITER Organization.
- Conduct active research split between both host institutions according to designated timeframes.
- Receive a comprehensive pre-tax annual package of ~RMB 470,000, which covers medical/social insurance, one annual round-trip travel allowance between workplaces, overseas allowances, and related expenses.
- Participate in research evaluations and present progress reports as mandated under dual institutional guidance.
