How to Write an Attractive Research Proposal?
Eligibility/Qualification–
- Applicants should hold a Ph.D. Degree and should have research publications in molecular biology and/or molecular genetics/ developmental biology, preferably using the Drosophila model.
- Those who have submitted their doctoral thesis and are awaiting results may also apply.
- The upper age limit (45 years) for RA can be relaxed for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates as per GOI rules.
Job/Position Description-
Applications are invited for following temporary positions available under and co-terminus with, a DBT-supported research project entitled “Omega speckle organization and role of hsromega IncRNAs in modulation of Ras signaling in Drosophila, and Stock Repository”.
Research Associate (emoluments according to the current DBT/DST norms).
Research work would involve advanced genetic, molecular genetic, and molecular cell biological approaches for understanding the organization of omega speckles and interactions of the hsromega lncRNA with Ras signaling pathway.
