Eligibility/Qualification–
- Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences from a recognized University.
- Sufficient experience in handling large multi-institutional programs and activities in the field of Life sciences.
- Should have sufficient knowledge on the recent priorities and Govt. rules & regulations.
- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superannuated scientists and Officers can also be considered for this position.
The Consultant is expected to monitor the progress of the project, prepare statutory scientific reports and the final report to be submitted for the project. In addition, the incumbent is required to coordinate with various partnering institutions for preparing the outcomes and follow-up of the project.

Name of position: Consultant (01 position)
Project title: DBT Funded project “Genetic Enhancement of Minor Pulses: Characterization, Evaluation, Genetic Enhancement and Generation of Genomic Resources for Accelerated Utilization and Improvement of Minor Pulses” Remuneration: Rs. 80,000/- (Consolidated) or commensurate with experience and expertise.
Mode of selection:
