Eligibility/Qualification–
| Minimum educational Qualification | Ph.D in Chemistry / Physics / Material Science or related areas. Candidates who have submitted thesis may also apply. |
| Preference | Candidates having experimental research experience on optoelectronic (light emitting diode, solar cell, photodetector) materials and device fabrication and have At least two first-authored papers published by the will be preferred. |
| Age as on the date of Walk-in interviews | Not more than 35 years. Age relaxation commensurate with educational qualification/s and / or experience/s of the applicant may be considered for candidates having qualification and experience higher than the advertised with the prior approval of the competent authority. |

On submission of the Provisional Ph.D. Certificate or the Ph.D. Degree Certificate, the monthly emoluments shall be revised to Rs. 58,000/- + 30% House Rent Allowance and the incumbent shall be re-designated as “Research Associate”. |
