Indian Institute of Information Technology Kottayam invites applications for Contract Faculty position at IIIT from eligible and interested candidates.

About- Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kottayam at Valavoor, Pala, Kerala, is one of the IIITs established as “Institutions of National Importance” by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India under the ambit of IIIT (PPP) Act 2017. IIIT Kottayam campus is situated at Valavoor, Pala, Kottayam – a picture location spread over in 53 acres of land – allotted by Govt. of Kerala in the southern part of the state commonly referred to as God’s Own Country.

Eligibility/Qualification–

Essential: Ph.D in the interdisciplinary areas of Computer Science & Engineering — in the allied areas of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Cyber Forensic etc.

(ii) Ph.D in the interdisciplinary areas of Mathematics – in the areas of Advanced Scientific Computing, Numerical Analysis of Differential Equations, Optimization Techniques, and Applied Probability and Statistics etc.

(Those who have submitted their Ph.D thesis also can apply).

Desirable: (i) Post-Doctoral experience (ii) Teaching experience at UG/PG Level

Age- Preferably below 35 years as on closing date of application.

Job/Position Description-

Emoluments: Consolidated amount of Rs. 70,000/- (Rupees Seventy thousand^eonly) per month. Applicable T DS will be deducted as per existing provisions.
