• Master’s degree with ≥55% marks in relevant subject
• Must have qualified NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D. (as per UGC norms)
• Engineering: B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech with First Class
• Management: MBA/PGDM or equivalent with First Class + experience

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. in relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 years teaching/research experience
• At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals
• Research score of 75 (UGC criteria)

Professor

• Ph.D. with strong research record
• Minimum 10 years teaching/research experience
• At least 10 research publications
• Research score of 120 (UGC criteria)
• Evidence of Ph.D. guidance
