- Essential:
- B.E./B. Tech./B.S. and M.E./M. Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
- Desirable:
- Ph.D. in relevant field of specialization.
- Additional Notes:
- Academic score as per UGC Regulations, 2018 (Appendix I, Table 3A) will be considered for shortlisting.
- Selection will be based only on interview performance.
- UGC/AICTE/NCTE regulations regarding qualification and screening will apply.

The appointment is purely temporary, with remuneration paid per lecture, subject to a monthly maximum. Designation
Guest Faculty – Electrical Engineering
Deliver lectures in the Department of Electrical Engineering for Autumn Semester 2025.
Required to take physical classes at the Tezpur University campus.
May be engaged for subsequent semesters if required.
No additional allowances beyond the prescribed honorarium.
