IIT (BHU) Varanasi invites applications for PostDoctoral Fellow at IIT (BHU) from eligible and interested candidates
About- Applications are invited for the position of Senior Research Fellow/Postdoctoral Fellow for a research project on “Empowering Sixth Sense Capabilities of Communication Network,” sponsored by the Technology Development Fund, DoT, Government of India. One position is available, with applications due within 21 days. Emoluments range between Rs 42,000 – 47,000 per month based on experience.

Eligibility/Qualification–
Essential Educational Qualification:
If the candidate has a PhD degree:
- PhD with First Class in Electronics and Communication Engineering in the discipline/specialization concerned or in an allied discipline/area.
- 3 Years of research experience.
If the candidate has an M.Tech. degree:
- M.Tech. with First Class in Electronics and Communication Engineering in the discipline/specialization concerned or in an allied discipline/area.
- B.Tech with First Class in Electronics and Communication Engineering in the discipline/specialization concerned or in an allied discipline/area.
- 2 Years of research experience.
If the candidate has B.Tech. degree only:
- B Tech with a First Class in Electronics and Communication Engineering in the discipline/specialization concerned or in an allied discipline/area.
- 2 Years of research experience.
- Desirable qualification:
- Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC).
- Expertise in Physical Layer Design for wireless communication systems.
- Knowledge of Synchronization techniques for communication and sensing systems.
- Experience in FPGA-based implementation of ISAC systems.
- Age and Age Relaxation: As per Annexure IV.
