Eligibility/Qualification–
Mandatory Qualifications:
Ph.D. degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science/Electrical/Electronics/Electronics and communications/Electronics or related areas or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research,teaching and design and development after MSc/ME/MTech experience with at-least one SCI journal.
Experienced candidates will be given priority. Doctoral work is expected to be aligned with the project work. The candidate should have at least 1 SCI journal.
Other Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in computer networks, operating systems and system programming.
- Prior experience in C/C++, Java and with basic versioning system knowledge.
- Hands on experience in Unix/Linux networking tools, network stack and DPDK.
- Good mathematical background and foundations in ML/AI.
- Evidence of excellent coding skills and experience of writing research papers.

Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGn) invites applications for 1 RA-I position in the area of Computer Science and Engineering.
Project Title: Decentralized Security Orchestration and Management with Programmable networking and Artificial Intelligence.
Description:
Applications are invited for one Research Associate-I (RA) position for a DST sponsored three year SERB-CRG project on Decentralized Security Orchestration and Management with Programmable networking and Artificial Intelligence. The work involves development of a network monitoring platform, algorithms and automation tools using the programmable network devices like Smart NICS and programmable switches.
Available Positions:
Position 1: Research Associate-I (1 position)
Remuneration:
RA-I: Consolidated Rs. 58,000/- per month.
Duration of Position: The candidates will be offered a position for 12 months, which will be extended based on the satisfactory performance of the candidate and availability of funds.
