Eligibility-

Engineering Disciplines: B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. and Ph.D. in relevant/equivalent discipline with First Class in preceding degrees.
Architecture Department: B.Arch. and M.Arch./M.Plan. (Professional experience requirements apply for Assistant Professor levels).
Non-Engineering Departments: Ph.D. in relevant discipline with First Class in preceding degrees.
Age Limit: Preferably below 60 years. For entry-level Assistant Professors (Level 10 and 12), candidates within 35 years are preferred.

Position Summary

NIT Raipur is inviting applications for various faculty roles to fill backlog vacancies across multiple departments. These positions are governed by the four-tier flexible Faculty Recruitment Rules of the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

Designations and Pay Levels

The recruitment covers the following designations based on the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) Pay Matrix:

Cumulative Professional Development Allowance (CPDA): Up to 3.00 Lakhs over a three-year block.
Seed Grant: Initial research grant up to 5.00 Lakhs for new faculty.
Other Benefits: On-campus residence (subject to availability), medical facilities, LTC, HRA, and Children Education Allowance as per GoI norms.
