Non-Engineering: Ph.D. in relevant discipline with First Class in preceding degrees.

2. Desirable Criteria by Level

Professor (Level 14A): 20+ SCI/SCIE/SSCI publications; 3+ sponsored projects/patents; supervision of 2+ completed Ph.D. students.
Associate Professor (Level 13A2): 10+ SCI/SCIE/SSCI publications; 2+ sponsored projects/patents; supervision of 1+ completed Ph.D. student.
Assistant Professor (Level 12): 5+ SCI/SCIE/SSCI publications; 1+ sponsored project/patent; Ph.D. supervision (ongoing/completed).
Assistant Professor (Level 10): 3+ SCI/SCIE/SSCI publications.

3. Age Limit

Candidates should be below 60 years.
Preference is given to those within 35 years for entry-level Assistant Professor positions (Level 10 & 12).
Age relaxation applies for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates as per Government of India norms.
