About- Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), Bathinda (Erstwhile Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University, Bathinda) is an affiliating Technical University, established by Govt. of Punjab vide Punjab Act No. 5 of 2015 notified through Punjab Government Gazette-Extraordinary (Regd. No. CHD/0092/2015-2017) notification No. 5- Leg./2015 dated 12th February 2015 and registered with UGC u/s 2(f).

Job/Position Description- 

Online applications are invited for teaching positions regularly from the eligible candidates for its Main Campus/Constituent College i.e., GZSCCET, Bathinda and PSAEC, Patial a. The hard copy of the application, alongwith the attested photocopies of certificates/documents and a demand draft of the required fee, should reach the office of the Registrar by 31.01.2023 through Speed Post/Regd. Post/Personally. The fee of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST candidates) can be submitted through Demand Draft in favor of Registrar, MRSPTU, Bathinda, payable at Bathi:-..da alongwith the application. Applications received late shall not be considered and will be summarily rejected. Separate applications should be submitted while applying for more than one post.

  1. The fee of Rs.500/- (Rs. 250 for SC/ST candidates) can be submitted through Demand Draft in favor of “The Registrar, MRSPTU, Bathinda” payable at Bathinda along with the application should reach the office of Registrar by 31.01.2023 through Speed/Regd./Personally.
  2. Separate applications and fees should be submitted while applying for more than one post.
  3. As per approval of the Board of Governors of the University, a test (30 marks weightage) will be conducted for the selection of Assistant Professor(s) in various disciplines.

How to Apply- 

  • Candidates applying for the post of Professor are required to send 05 (five) copies of their application and reprints of 10 major publications and must attach Proforma for Academic Research Score duly filled in all respect as per the University Grants Commission Regulation, 2018 vide no. F.1-2/2017(EC/PS) dated 18.07.2018 to the University for the perusal of experts.
