About- Applications are invited for a purely temporary post of Research associate – I (No of position=1) under a DBT funded project for a period of 3 years.

Eligibility/Qualification–
Educational Qualifications: Ph.D in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Immunology and allied field
Desirable qualification:
- Expertise in Antibody engineering (Molecular Cloning, Hybridoma/Phage display)
- Experience in Handling mice and conducting in vivo assays – Experience in generation and propagation of lentiviral particles.
- Research experience in Molecular Immunology assays (ELISA, Flow cytometry, Real time PCR) and Molecular Biology assays (Western blotting, Cell culture, Protein assays etc)
Job/Position Description-
Title: Development of BCMA based Chimeric antigenic receptor T (CAR T) cell in Multiple myeloma.
Post- Research associate 1The emolument for the above position will be as per DBT scale for research associate 1
