Eligibility/Qualification–
Candidates having a Ph.D. and M. Tech degree in the mechanical engineering and having postPhD research experience in department of mechanical engineering. Candidates having prior research experience in Shape Memory Alloy fabricated with Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing will be given preference.

This is to notify that the Research Associate (RA) position under an externally sponsored ARMREB project is available. In this context Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Indore invites applications from potential/highly motivated researchers. The work involves
Development of NiTi Shape Memory Alloy Washer (Clamp) by Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing for Temperature Based Self – Opening Valve. The last date for receiving the soft copy of the application along with the CV (including the list of publications) is 20/02/2026. Interested prospective candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned below are encouraged to apply.
Pay emoluments: INR 58,000 +18% HRA Per month.
