About- Applications are invited for the position of Research Associate (RA) at the Department of Physics, N. I. T. Durgapur. He or She will work on a SThe Department of Physics at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur invites applications for one Research Associate (RA) position under an ongoing SERB-sponsored project titled “Titanium dioxide (TiO₂)/Vanadium dioxide (VO₂) NWs heterostructure as a stable optical switch” [File No. CRG/2021/000255]. The appointment is until January 28, 2025, with a possibility of extension based on project continuation and performance.

Eligibility/Qualification–

Essential: PhD or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after ME/MTech with at least 1 research paper in SCI journal

Desirable: Knowledge of VLSI design, EDA tools, and tapeout
