Preparation of Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI) for use as an isocyanate curator in energetic materials.

Eligibility:
Research Associate (RA): Ph.D. in Chemistry
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Sc. in Chemistry
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with GATE/NET/ACT qualifications (for JRF).
Job Description:
Applications are invited for the position of one Research Associate (RA) and two Junior Research Fellows (JRF) to work on a DRDO-sponsored research project. The project focuses on the preparation of Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI) for use as an isocyanate curator. The positions are based at the University of Hyderabad and offer attractive fellowships. Qualified and motivated candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidates will work on the DRDO-sponsored project titled “Preparation of Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI) for the use as Isocyanate Curator.”
- Research Associate (RA): Responsible for leading the research activities, synthesizing materials, and conducting related chemical analysis.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Assist in research tasks, perform experimental work, and contribute to data collection and analysis under the guidance of the PI.
The selection will be based on an online interview conducted by a committee. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the date and time of the interview via email. The committee’s decision will be final and binding. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
