Large scale synthesis of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) for water adsorption.
Location- Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bengaluru, Karnataka
Eligibility/Qualification –
Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Chemical Science or Materials Science with at least five research papers in Science Citation Index (SCI) journals.
Desirable Qualification: Experience in the design, synthesis, and characterization of metal-organic frameworks.

The Jawaharlal Nehru Centre For Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), an autonomous institution under the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, is inviting applications for a temporary position of Research Associate in the sponsored project titled “Large scale synthesis of metal organic framework for water adsorption”. The position is under the guidance of Prof. Tapas K Maji, CPMU Unit, JNCASR, Bengaluru.

- Conduct research focused on the large-scale synthesis of metal-organic frameworks for water adsorption.
- Design, synthesize, and characterize MOFs as per project requirements.
- Prepare research reports and contribute to publications in reputed journals.
- Assist in the day-to-day project activities and coordinate with the project team.
